My sourdough journey began in the summer of 2023 during an unexpected career shift. After being laid off from my job, I found myself scrolling through TikTok when I stumbled upon videos about sourdough baking. I thought, I can do that!—and so I did! What started as a personal project quickly turned into a passion, and I created my own TikTok account to share my experiences and teach others how to master sourdough. As my love for teaching grew, I expanded to other social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, to reach even more aspiring bakers.

I absolutely love teaching and helping new sourdough bakers find success in their baking adventures. Sourdough can feel intimidating at first, but I believe anyone can do it with the right guidance and encouragement. Whether you’re just starting or looking to perfect your loaves, I’m here to help!

Beyond baking, I am happily married to my amazing husband, Jim. I’m also a mom to two beautiful daughters and a grandmother, sharing my home with two dogs and two cats who keep life interesting. My kitchen is always filled with the smell of freshly baked bread, and I couldn’t be happier to share my knowledge with you.
